The Elastoplast Sport Mouthguard is a "boil and bite" product. It uses thermoplastic (BPA and latex free) that moulds to the shape of your teeth and jaw, providing a snug fit and maximum support against impact. Instructions detailing the steps required to fit the mouthguard are provided with the product.

Boil
Boil a cup of water then let it cool for 60 seconds.

Submerge
Submerge the mouthguard for 90 seconds until it softens. Remove with a spoon and shake off excess water.

Place
Place into your mouth and carefully push into place, make sure it fits firmly against front of teeth. Suck out all air and water.

Mold
Use your fingers to press mouthguard upward and tight against your gums.

Set
Rinse under cold water for 30 seconds to set your mouthguard.
