I am having trouble signing in/creating an account on the E-Shop.

The sign-in/create account feature on the E-Shop is not working, however, you can check out as a guest and you will still receive all benefits that a member would receive, including discounts, giveaway draws and gifts-with-purchase.


What payment methods are available on the E-Shop?

The E-Shop takes credit card purchases only (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).


Why can’t I purchase certain products as a single item?

Certain Elastoplast and Leuko Sports Medicine products have minimum order quantities required when placing an order. This often means that they are packaged in way that does not allow them to be purchased individually.


Can I request/purchase specific premiums?

Unfortunately not, the only premiums that are available are as advertised on the E-Shop homepage. We cannot sell individual premiums either, they can only be used as giveaway or gift-with-purchase items.


Where does the E-Shop deliver to?

We deliver Australia-wide. We also require a street address to be placed as the delivery address, not a PO Box. Please note that we do not deliver overseas. There is a flat shipping cost of $7.95 per order.


What promotions/discounts are available at the moment?

All current promotions can be seen on the home page of the E-Shop and will automatically be sent to your delivery address upon ordering. Any current discounts are automatically applied to your order. Promotional Terms and Conditions.


I accidentally ordered the wrong product; can I get a replacement or refund?

We do not offer replacements or refunds for orders that have been placed incorrectly. We only offer refunds or credits if the stock provided is damaged, faulty or incorrect. The issue must also be reported to elastoplastqueries@beiersdorf.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods. eShop refund policy.


What is the delivery lead time for my order?

Why have I received my stock, but not my premiums?

Premiums and gifts-with-purchase come as a separate delivery to your stock.


The product I want to order is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

What time does my order need to be submitted for dispatch next day?

For items to be picked, packed and dispatched the next day, orders must be submitted prior to 10.30am.

Any orders entered after this time will be fulfilled the following day – please note that this information only relates to workdays (Monday to Friday).
