Injury management and prevention
Elastoplast Sport has prepared this website to help prevent sports injuries and provide guidelines for the correct management of those injuries when they occur.
Sports injury and prevention is an important focus, especially preventative sports taping and the use of mouthguards, because "It has been estimated that between 30 and 50% of sports injuries could have been prevented"1.
Sports injury management is another focus because managing a sports injury correctly minimises the damage and maximises the chance of full recovery.
